Frequently Asked Questions

You can reach Chase & Marshal via email at team@chasemarshal.com, by phone at +64 22 099 9996, or by completing the contact form on this page. We are based in Auckland, New Zealand and typically respond within 24 business hours.
Our Auckland office operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM New Zealand Standard Time (NZST). For urgent enquiries outside these hours, please email us and we will respond as soon as possible.
Pick a 30-minute slot through the website. We use the time to understand your situation and to say plainly whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so and, where we can, point you to someone who is. There is no obligation to proceed.
Yes, while we are headquartered in Auckland, we work with businesses throughout New Zealand and internationally. We offer both in-person and remote consulting options to suit your preferences and location.
Once we have a signed scope, we usually start within one to two weeks. For urgent work — for example, a recent AI readiness audit went from first contact on a Tuesday to a signed scope on the Friday and a kick-off the following Monday — we move faster, but we never skip the written scope. PMI's Pulse of the Profession 2018 report found that organisations with formally documented project scope finished on time and on budget far more often than those without; we treat that as standard practice.

Get in Touch

Most enquiries get a reply within one business hour during NZ working hours. Harvard Business Review's classic study "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads" (Oldroyd, Elkington & Kahn, March 2011) found firms that contact a new lead within an hour are nearly seven times more likely to have a meaningful conversation than those that wait longer. We try to live by that.
