The Education license is institution-wide, billed annually per student. Unlike individual plans, students cannot sign up themselves. The school manages enrollment through CSV imports with verified school emails only.
What student data is required for enrolment?
Schools provide a CSV file with student names and official school-issued email addresses. Year level and cohort information is optional. All data is encrypted and compliant with NZ privacy standards and international educational data frameworks.
Can students communicate with each other on the platform?
No. ACIS uses a closed-environment model with no student-to-student communication features. This ensures privacy, safety, and academic integrity for educational settings.
What assessments do students receive?
Students receive monthly micro-assessments and quarterly full evaluations through the AHA Creativity Assessment system. All scoring uses Ocsai AI-powered evaluation with human calibration for research-grade accuracy.
