About Our AI
How SparkOS uses artificial intelligence
SparkOS uses AI to help you analyse ideas, have strategic conversations, and measure creativity. This page explains which features are AI-powered, what data those features use, and what the outputs should — and should not — be used for.

AI-Powered Features
The following SparkOS features use AI. Features not listed here do not transmit your data to any AI model.
Idea Validator
Analyses your business idea submission and returns structured feedback covering strength assessment, potential challenges, market considerations, and suggested next steps.
GPT-4o (OpenAI)
Your idea title and description text. No names, contact details, or financial information are sent to the AI model.
Not a market research tool. Not a substitute for domain expertise or due diligence. Results are exploratory and should be independently verified.
ECHO Copilot
A strategic conversation partner that helps you think through ideas, challenges, and decisions using AI-assisted prompting and contextual questioning.
GPT-4o (OpenAI)
Your messages within the active session. Conversation history is used only within the current session to maintain context.
Not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice. ECHO does not have access to your personal data or your organisation's proprietary information unless you share it in conversation.
CIA Scoring (Creative Intelligence Assessment)
AI-assisted scoring of open-ended responses in the Creative Intelligence Assessment. The model evaluates divergent thinking, collaborative response quality, and other creativity dimensions.
GPT-4o (OpenAI)
Your assessment responses (text only). No names or contact details are transmitted to the AI model during scoring.
Not a definitive measure of intelligence or employability. AI scores are reviewed by human administrators before release. Results should be considered alongside other information and should not be the sole basis for high-stakes decisions.
How We Handle Your Data
Minimum necessary data
We only send the content required for the AI to complete your request. We do not transmit names, contact details, or other personal identifiers unless they are part of the text you explicitly provide.
Human review for assessments
CIA assessment scores generated by AI are reviewed by a human administrator before being released to employers. No assessment outcome is fully automated.
Clear AI labelling
All AI-generated outputs in SparkOS are clearly presented as AI-generated content. We do not present AI outputs as human expert opinions.
Outputs as starting points
AI-generated analysis is a starting point for thinking, not a final answer. You should apply your own judgment and seek appropriate professional advice before making significant decisions based on AI outputs.
